This Sumatran species is very reminiscent of N. Veitchii. It typically grows on the forest floor in lower light levels from 1700-2100m. Like Veitchii, the pitchers can vary widely, with some plants producing completely red upper pitchers while some upper pitchers develop green/yellowish with striped peristomes.
These clones are from Delleng Simpon, where the species has been seen to hybridize with N. Ovata. The young pitchers look pure but there is a small chance of hybridization.
Size XS is 0.5-1” in diameter, S is 1-2” in diameter. Plants will be shipped unpotted, priority.
