Live Arrival & Shipping

Every order of plants is guaranteed to arrive live and healthy. However, with the unpredictability of shipping delays, accidents can still happen. If you recieve a plant that does not appear alive when you receive it, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include several photos of the plant. 

As many of our plants can be quite sensitive, we highly encourage customers to check the weather in your area before ordering a plant. Even with a heat pack, plants can still get damaged in very cold conditions due to the unpredictability of the shipping carrier during snow storms and other weather events. We are not responsible for stolen packages, wrong addresses, or any other issues outside of our control or the mail carrier's control. 

Unless otherwise requested, all of our plants are shipped with priority shipping, and 72 hr heat packs are used with all plants during the months of November-March. Generally we ship the day after the plant has been ordered, Monday-Thursday. We try not to ship Fridays or weekends due to the shipping delays over the weekend which could prevent the plant from arriving sooner. 


Plant Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of plants, we do not accept returns. If the plant arrives damaged or dead, we can exchange a plant of similar value or offer a full refund. Please contact us within 48 hrs at with photos showing the damage of the plant. We will issue a return label to send the damaged/dead plant back. The plant must be returned within one day, which will be confirmed by the first tracking data on the carrier's website. When the damaged/dead plant has been shipped by you, we will provide a refund or a plant of equivalent value. Due to the rarity and selection of some plants, we may only be able to provide a refund in certain circumstances where a plant of equivalent value is not available in our nursery. 

If you believe we have sent you the wrong product, please contact us at within 48 hours of receiving the plant. 


Refunds and Cancellations

Order cancellations and refunds may be issued up until the plant has been shipped and dropped off at the post office.
