This is a rather peculiar undescribed taxon from the Anipahan range. It looks quite similar to Leonardoi, with a few small differences.
I have seen Nepenthes that look similar to N. spec Anipahan on several peaks within the "Anipahan range" (not just on Anipahan peak itself) so it can be assumed this taxon has a broader range. There is currently undergoing work to create a set of subspecies within the Nepenthes Deaniana complex, so we may see this taxon re-classified as a subspecies eventually.
This plant appreciates similar conditions to Leonardoi and will produce dark leaves when subjected to higher light levels. It may be possible to grow in intermediate conditions due to its lower altitude , but I have not confirmed this yet.
Each plant is about 2.5" in diameter, potted in a 2.5" pot. Plant will be shipped unpotted, priority.
